South pickup Lyons School 1335 Waukegan Rd, Glenview, IL 60025
Buses will leave 8:00 AM and drop off is at 7:45 AM and return 5:30 PM
North pickup Newport Coffee 1121 Half Day Road, Bannockburn, IL 60015
Buses will leave 8:30 AM drop off is at 8:20 and return 5:00 PM
City Pickup Olive Garden 3555 W Addison, Chicago, IL 60618
Buses will leave 7:30 Drop off is at 7:15 and return 5:50 PM
To offer a City stop location we need at least 15 kids, if we don't have 15 then parents will have to choose between Glenview or Bannockburn stop.
EPIC PASS is a Wilmot/Vail season pass. If you child has an EPIC Pass we will be refunding $30 back to you credit card the week following the trip. You will need to send a picture of their current EPIC pass to us at [email protected] in order for them to use their pass and to get the refund! Also note that with an EPIC Pass we will not be giving a lift ticket to your child.
Cancellation Policy
· ALL CANCELLATIONS made before the Tuesday at 12pm the week of the trip will be fully refunded
· LATE CANCELLATION requests placed after Tuesday at 12pm the week of the trip and up to Thursday at Midnight will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
· NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS PLACED after MIDNIGHT on Thursday the WEEK of the trip - SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS.
· To submit a cancellation request - please send an email to [email protected] MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE THE MEMBERS NAME AND THE TRIP NAME AND TRIP DATE IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL.
·Membership fees are not refundable.
