Cancellation Policy
1. Full Refunds
All cancellation requests submitted before 12:00 PM (Noon) on Tuesday of the week of the trip will receive a full refund.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellation requests submitted after 12:00 PM on Tuesday and before Midnight on Thursday of the week of the trip will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
3. No Refunds
Cancellation requests submitted on Friday, during the weekend, or on the day of the trip are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions.
4. Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable.
